Nepalese Selection

Dhading

Dhading is a neglected, roadless region situated 20KM south of the Kathmandu Valley. “Terrace/Step Farming” is the most commonly used way of cultivating cannabis in this area due to the hilly landscape and watering benefits. Tall plants with a Christmas tree like structure can be noticed in these terrace farms. Some purple fade can also be seen in the general population.

Manaslu

Manaslu is the eighth highest mountain in the world at 8,163 meters above sea level. This variety was collected from the base camping villages of Bhar-jam and Gho, which are 2500 meters above sea level. Locals from this area generally maintain herds of sheep and their cannabis farms. Plants from this area are generally tall and give out a bitter garlic base terpene profile but with overtones of berry, lemon and sometimes gas. These plants mostly fade out to a rich purple colour, otherwise they go neon green.

Manang Purple

Manang is a beautiful village located at the edge of the cliffs in the north region of the Annapurna Range. The arid landscapes of Manang remind you of a barren desert. The culture and lifestyle of the local Manangi people, on the other hand, is vibrant and lively. This village has an elevation of 3,519 metres (11,545 ft), where cannabis landrace thrives in the summers. The plants here are medium tall, thin leaved and display a brilliant deep purple fade.
